Latest Covid-19 Information from Freshwater Park Owners

Following the Government’s announcement on Monday 14th June stating a delay in lifting restrictions we will continue with and be following the Government's laws and regulations, to help ensure your safety and that of our staff, until further notice.

Please read the following instructions carefully regarding Dining Indoors and Entertainment at Freshwater, as this is a major change to our normal operating procedures, which we have had to change in order to comply with the current laws and regulations.

This will be a new and totally different experience for us as well as you and we will do our utmost to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible, but please bear with us, we are doing our best in these very unusual circumstances. 

 

There will still be in place, Covid-19 precautions to help ensure everyone's safety, so please remember to follow the protocols. Children will need to be accompanied at all times whilst we are still working with the Covid19 restrictions/regulations.

Track & Trace is required and we require all names of people 16 years old and over on your booking when staying on the Park.

 

If you are staying before 19th July 2021 these rules and laws will apply to you!
Before entering any building, please use the sanitiser dispenser on your hands.
You must wear a mask when in the Reception, Shop, Bar (until seated at a table) & toilet/shower blocks including the wash up areas.

No more than two people in Reception at any time.
Bowling will be open (restrictions apply).

The Amusement Arcade will be open.
Click on the QR code using your phone, if you use the bars.
The indoor Rolling Stone Bar in the Jurassic Fun Centre will be to open for dining in however, these tables MUST be booked in advance, and will still be table service, conditions still apply. Maximum of six people per table indoors, without exception!

Food will be available to eat in (if booked in advance). You may eat/drink on the terrace dependant on the weather or have a takeaway.
Swimming pools will be bookable online only and 48 hours in advance, due to restricted bather loads. The outdoor pool will be open subject to weather conditions and Covid19 conditions apply.

Communal toilets and washing facilities (showers and washing up) will be open.

Entertainment will commence on Friday 21st May, although it will be restricted as last year, with no singing or dancing permitted at this stage and you will need to book your table in advance.

 

Jurassic Fun Centre – Dining Indoors until approximately 19th July 2021

 

Due to the ongoing current Covid19 regulations regarding social distancing and table service, we are still working in unprecedented times and this year we have to limit the number of people permitted into the Jurassic Fun Centre Restaurant, in line with other Holiday Parks and hospitality establishments.

 

To avoid disappointment and to be fair to everyone, especially during peak times, we have set up an online booking system for indoor dining, from midday onwards for the afternoons and evenings. For those without bookings, the terrace area will be available however, this will be weather dependant. The takeaway facility will continue as before and you will be able to takeaway your meal and eat it in the Atlantic Bar (if you have a table reservation in that bar), when open.    

 

Bookings will be taken at 10 minute intervals to enable our staff in the bar and kitchen to cope, so that orders should be delivered quickly and prevent a backlog. Any booking taken that has not arrived within 10 minutes of their allotted time will forfeit their table, so as not to hold up the process for other guests. All table reservations will carry a 1.5 hour window time and your cooperation in vacating your table as soon as possible will be appreciated.

 

During this period of reopening the hospitality sector, we are now able to go to plating meals instead of serving all meals in takeaway containers however, we regret we will not be able to supply desserts listed on the menu. The menus were printed ahead of the Government guidelines, so we have had to implement the no desserts available to help the turnaround time of tables. 

 

Masks must be worn at all times on entering the complex until you are seated at your table and you and any children must remain seated, except when going to the toilet or leaving the premises. You may not change or move the tables.

 

You cannot stand or talk to anyone already seated at another table, you will be shown to your table and a member of staff will come and take your order.  When you require another order, please put your hand up, so the staff can see. Standing around is not permitted under the law.

 

We will operate a policy of a maximum of six people per table, regardless family size or age and will need all the names of the members of your group for your booking. Dogs will be permitted at all indoor tables during this step until ‘normality’ resumes.

 

Bookings can only be made online and 24 hours in advance

If you are NOT booked in, you will be seated on the terrace if there is availability and weather dependent, if not, you will be asked to order from the takeaway instead.

Confirmation of your booking will need to be shown at the door on entry, to ensure the right people are being admitted for your indoor booking and all your party must arrive together at the same time.

Atlantic Bar - Entertainment until approximately 19th July 2021

 

Our entertainment team look forward to welcoming you into the Atlantic Bar from Friday 21st May onwards however, again we don’t want to be doing this but we are having to change the way we do things and to avoid disappointment, the only way we are able to minimise this is online booking for the Entertainment in the evenings, especially during the peak weeks, until such time as all restrictions are lifted and to be as fair as we can to everyone.

 

During this next step of opening, dogs will be permitted at all tables, until ‘normality’ resumes. Please ensure your dog behaves, or you will be asked to leave the premises, so that everyone can enjoy the entertainment. 

 

This again will be a new and totally different experience for us as well as you and we will do our utmost to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible, but please bear with us, we are doing our best in these very unusual circumstances.  

 

If you are NOT booked in, please do not attempt to enter, as you will be refused and we do not wish to cause embarrassment to anyone by refusing entry.

 

Masks must be worn at all times on entering the complex until you are seated at your table.

 

You cannot stand or talk to anyone already seated at another table, you will be shown to your table and a member of staff will come and take your drinks order. 

 

You and any children must remain seated, except when going to the toilet or leaving the premises.

 

You may not change or move the tables.

 

When you require another order, please put your hand up, so the staff can see. Standing around is not permitted under the law.

 

We will operate a policy of a maximum of six people per table, regardless family size or age and will need all the names without exception, of the members of your group for your booking. Dogs will be permitted at all indoor tables during this step until ‘normality’ resumes. 

 

Bookings can only be made online and 8 hours in advance. If you have not arrived within one hour of us opening for the evening, your table will be reallocated.

 

Confirmation of your booking will need to be shown at the door on entry, to ensure the right people are being admitted and all your party must arrive together at the same time.

 

By booking your table, this will be for the duration of the night; however, should your group leave the premises during the evening, your table may be reallocated to another family, so you will not be able to return to the complex?
